Keeping Homes Comfortable A Day at a Time
It’s another busy day here at T-Mark Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. As an employee, I take pride in ensuring our customers’ homes are comfortable and their systems are running efficiently.
Morning Routine
- Arrive at the office and check the schedule for today’s appointments
- Load up the van with necessary tools and equipment
- Attend the morning briefing to discuss any special situations or concerns
On the Road
The first call of the day is an AC repair in Tonawanda. The homeowner reported that their system wasn’t cooling properly. After a thorough inspection, I discovered a refrigerant leak and was able to repair it on the spot.
Next up was an electrical installation in Kenmore. The customer wanted to upgrade their electrical panel to accommodate a new addition to their home. I worked diligently to ensure the new panel was installed safely and up to code.
Afternoon Appointments
- Performed routine AC maintenance in Hamburg
- Replaced a faulty thermostat in Cheektowaga
- Assessed a potential heating system replacement in Orchard Park
End of the Day
As the day winds down, I head back to the office to restock supplies and document the day’s work. It’s fulfilling to know that I’ve helped multiple families stay comfortable in their homes. Tomorrow, I’ll do it all over again, ensuring our customers receive the quality service they deserve from T-Mark Plumbing, Heating & Cooling.
