Rise and Shine: The Early Bird Gets the Warm

My day at Knight Heating & Air Conditioning begins bright and early at 6:30 AM. After a quick cup of coffee, I’m out the door, ready to tackle the HVAC challenges that await in Nixa, Ozark, and Springfield, MO.

8:00 AM: First Call in Nixa

Our first stop is a residential heating service in Nixa. Mrs. Johnson’s furnace has been acting up, and with temperatures dropping, it’s crucial we get it running smoothly. After a thorough inspection, we discover a faulty ignitor. Luckily, we have the part on hand, and within an hour, her home is toasty warm again.

10:30 AM: HVAC Repair in Ozark

Next, we head to Ozark for an HVAC repair at a local restaurant. The kitchen staff reported their air conditioning isn’t keeping up with the heat from the busy lunch rush. We quickly diagnose a refrigerant leak, seal it, and recharge the system. The kitchen staff is grateful, and we’re treated to a delicious lunch as a thank you!

1:00 PM: Commercial HVAC Service in Springfield

The afternoon takes us to Springfield for a scheduled maintenance check on a commercial HVAC system. Regular maintenance is key to preventing breakdowns and ensuring energy efficiency. We:

• Clean the condenser and evaporator coils
• Check and adjust refrigerant levels
• Inspect and tighten electrical connections
• Lubricate moving parts

4:00 PM: Back to Base

As the day winds down, we head back to the Knight Heating & Air Conditioning office. We restock our trucks, file our service reports, and prepare for tomorrow’s calls. It’s been a busy day, but knowing we’ve helped keep our community comfortable makes it all worthwhile.
